When Will I Recieve my MicroRaptor?
Currently there is a 2 week lead time.
Do You Have a Warranty?
Yes, there is a 1 year limited warranty. If under normal use the unit fails during this time we will repair/replace it for free. Your broken unit must be returned.
What is the Refund/Return Policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase or want to return it for any reason, we will issue a shipping label and refund you 100% within the first 60 days.
If there is any damage or malfunction caused by standard use, we will repair it for free or you can return it for a 100% refund within the first year.

How Do I Charge My MicroRaptor?
A standard AC charger is provided with your order, however any 20V-80V charger with a a 5.5mm power jack connector will work up to 90W, including solar panels. Currently the MR600 charges in just over 6hrs and the MR400 just over 4 hrs. A bigger charger that charges any MicroRaotor in 1 hour can also be explored on our accessories page. Available upon request.
How is it so Light and Small?
We have a patented technique with which we can remove all DC to AC converters and output a modified DC current. This runs so efficiently that we can remove all fans and vents.
What are the MRs Exact Dimensions?
MR400: 7" x 4.25" x 4" (17.5 x 10.75 x 10.25 cm)
